About Us

As a homeowner, you are a member of three associations within the CarriageGate Towne Home Community.  These associations are responsible for certain areas of our community.  Below are the responsibilities of each association:
 
CarriageGate Towne Homes - Responsible for maintaining common areas, towne home exteriors, enforcing rules set forth in our by-laws and handbook, and fiscal health of the community.

Landen CSA - Responsibilities granted to the Landen CSA Board by our governing documents and state laws include:
  1. Authority to set the goals, standards, and policies for the Landen Community. 
  2. Enforce the governing documents.
  3. Maintain the common areas of CSA property.
  4. Maintain financial stability.
  5. Entering into contracts for services.
  6. Creating and supervising committees.
