Welcome to CarriageGate Towne Home Community, a residential community within Landen located in Maineville, Ohio. Since the beginning of its development in 1987, there are 137 towne home units within the community.
There are so many reasons to call CarriageGate home. Walking paths and Landen Lake are just steps from your door. These trails offer breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery, with mature trees providing shade and tranquility. During the summer, you may find a food truck near our community pool or by the lake.
As a CarriageGate Townehome owner, you pay three fees. A monthly fee pays for services associated with mowing, landscaping, snow removal, and reserves to take care of the outside of your home. The CarriageGate Facilities semi-annual fee covers maintenance of the pool, clubhouse and tennis court. The Landen CSA annual fee covers maintenance of the lake and walking trails.
